Quantify Environmental is an industrial IoT integrator. We install wireless sensors and meters across your factory, stream everything into live custom dashboards, and stand up the Energy Management Information System (EMIS) your team runs the place from. Water, energy, equipment and product, in real time, from anywhere.

We manage the whole job end to end. The assessment, the design, the procurement, the install, the commissioning and the dashboards are one company’s work, and one company answers for all of it. Where a job needs a licensed trade, an electrician or a millwright, they work under us and to our drawings. You are never handed off to a supplier you have not met.

It is also not only our hardware. If you already have meters, PLCs, a SCADA historian or a production database, we bring that data in beside ours. The point is one screen, not one brand of equipment.

The sensors go on the asset, not into your control system. They are mostly wireless, mostly battery-powered, and they run for years on one long-life cell rather than months. They are also typically read-only, which is the part that matters to whoever owns your network: there is no path from a sensor back to a machine, so nothing we install can change how your factory runs.

No single manufacturer makes the best sensor for every job, so we choose per application: flow meters, current transformers, temperature probes, pressure transducers, vibration sensors, radar level monitors, pH sensors, gas and ammonia detection, 4-20 mA transmitters and pulse-output meters. Where a reading has to stand up to a customer audit or a food-safety inspector, we specify NIST-certified probes. And we can put the meters you already own on the same screen, so nothing you have already paid for goes to waste.

The site assessment, the install, the wiring, the integration and the dashboards are all done by one company, under one roof. There are no hand-offs between trades, and there is one number to call when something needs looking at.
