There is a scope ambiguity on the page, and it is not resolvable from the page. It says "This limited-time opportunity is available until December 31, 2026" and, separately, "All measures must be in-service by December 31, 2027 to qualify for the bonus incentive". It is NOT clear from the page whether December 31, 2026 ends the whole Custom Solutions program or only the $500/kW peak-demand bonus. The date is recorded as the deadline because it is the earlier gate either way, but it does not follow that the base $0.10/kWh rebate dies with it; confirm with takeCHARGE before assuming the program closes. Reported average rebate is "over $7,000" against the $100,000 maximum. Four-step process: no-cost energy assessment, project proposal, project development agreement, close-out with measurement and verification; the five-year persistence rule implies ongoing M&V.
