Summarized from the official page. This is not advice; the provider decides.

Status note, as recorded

A utility that names "energy management systems" as a funded activity and publishes a four-stage EMIS incentive ladder, starting with an EMIS audit at up to 100% of eligible costs. Intake confirmed from the program's own Terms and Conditions: "Incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Guide, in addition to Program budget." No intake window or program-year end is published. Two caveats: "NB Power reserves the right, for any reason, to terminate the Program or change the Program requirements, Incentives or Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice", and "Projects must be completed within the timeframe listed on the Pre-Approval confirmation."
