Intake evidence: live "Apply Now" and "Register Online" routes plus the mandatory pre-approval instruction, "Please do not start the project or incur any costs until you have your pre-approval signed off by NB Power program staff to ensure eligibility." Unusually, it is FUEL-AGNOSTIC ("regardless of who your energy provider is, how you heat your business"), unlike the electricity-only Nova Scotia programs. VFD-driven air compressors are explicitly named, which is the compressed-air hook. No stated deadline or intake window.
