What it pays
Set per-unit incentives, for example $200 per adaptive thermostat, $300 per pedestrian air curtain, $650–$1,650 per dock door seal, $1,000/unit for a hybrid rooftop unit up to 32 kBtu/hr, $3,000–$4,000 per destratification fan, $0.50–$1.25/CFM for an HRV capped at $200–$5,000 per unit, $0.04/lb for ozone laundry to a $15,000 maximum per system. The incentive cannot exceed 50 percent of the project cost and $100,000 per project.

Who qualifies
Commercial and industrial Enbridge Gas customers in Ontario with an account in good standing (and multi-unit residential buildings over 600 m2); equipment must replace an existing unit or be a new installation, with the application submitted before installation.

Verified open 2026-08-25. This is the cheapest money here for a plant with a loading dock or a high-bay heating problem, and destratification fans and dock seals are exactly the measures a temperature-mapping dataset justifies. The 2026 window is quoted verbatim on the page: "Equipment purchased between Jan 1, 2026, and Sept 30, 2026, and installed and operational no later than Oct 31, 2026", so the recorded deadline is the INSTALLATION date, the purchase gate is a month earlier (Sept 30, 2026), and both roll every January. Allow eight weeks for payment. Enbridge notes programs can change or be cancelled without notice.
